Our Shipping Policies

If your order was paid through a credit card, The name appearing on your statement will be “Square”.  Square are the payment processor.

We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving your order.  All orders received after 5pm or at the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Sometimes we encounter a backlog and if your order is going to be delayed we shall issue an email explaining this. Your order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been received. You will then receive another email once your order has shipped. Below are the expected shipping times after your order is shipped:

All free shipping items will be shipped by either Parcel Force 48 Hours or DPD Local.  Due to Covid-19 some delays may be incurred

Paid shipping items will be shipped via the Royal mail first class.

Tracked Orders:
Once a tracked order has been shipped you will receive a copy of your tracking number via email along with a link of where to track your item

Non-Tracked Orders:
No tracking is available with non-tracked orders and arrival times may vary. Your order won't be insured when the item isn't tracked and Ride In Style  are not liable for missing orders
